Marketing Specialist - Financial Services

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Marketing Specialist will craft and execute robust marketing strategies promoting the company's financial services. This role demands a solid grounding in the financial services industry coupled with marketing expertise.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with company strategies.
Develop project plans for marketing and event activities.
Create marketing materials and promotional content collaboratively.
Conduct market research to determine trends and competitor tactics.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance.
Liaise with sales teams to generate leads and boost conversions.
Oversee social media presence and branding campaigns.
Draft press releases, media relations content, and other publicity materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related area.
Proven experience in financial services marketing.
Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in major digital marketing platforms and tools.
Ability to demonstrate a creative, flexible, resourceful, and disciplined approach to driving a complex mission-driven investment program Travel required
